Collections & Patient Statements  Sept 12, 2025

 

Managing collections and patient statements can be one of the most sensitive and challenging parts of running a PT, OT, or SLP practice. This training is designed to equip your team with the tools, language, and processes needed to handle collections professionally and with compassion.

Participants will learn:
